IsDB and Tadamon – The IsDB is a Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) working to improve the lives of those they serve by promoting social and economic development in member countries and Muslim communities worldwide, delivering impact at scale by providing the infrastructure to enable people to lead better lives and achieve their full potential.
The Tadamon platform is a tool for improving Civil Society Organizations’ (CSOs) in 57 Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member countries by providing visibility, funding, capacity building and knowledge.
Call for Technical and Financial Proposals:
SPARK Jordan is calling for technical and financial proposals for the provision of technical and vocational training and certification for Jordanian and Syrian youth across a variety of fields that will enhance their potential for finding sustainable employment opportunities across Jordan.
Potential bidders are able to apply to all the training fields in accordance to their experience and expertise.
Scope of Work for the Technical and Vocational Training and Certification:
Potential implementation partners will provide accredited technical and vocational training and certification for 3 and/or 6-month courses in the following technical and vocational trades in line with national qualification standards, as well as Digital Soft Skills, and Soft Skills that are needed to improve and enhance sustainable employment opportunities in the current job market in Jordan.

Monitoring and Evaluating:
Provide weekly reports and updates
Provide quarterly narrative reports (format to be provided by SPARK) that cover KPIs, measures, results, success stories, photos, etc.
Provide a syllabus per training component/field
Provide signed attendance sheets per class (format may be provided by SPARK)
Payments scheme will be discussed once a partner is selected; however, bidders are encouraged to provide us with their preferred payment scheme in their offers.
The partners should be technical specialists and experienced in delivering TVET training and must have proven industry work competencies with a minimum of 5+ years of actual experience (per course/trade field).
All potential proposals should be divided by the type of training and certification; Technical and Vocational, Digital Soft Skills, and Soft Skills, as well as any specific fields under each, so applications must be divided by training stream.
All potential bidders need to provide the following in order to be assessed as potential partners:
· Technical and Financial Proposals (including a detailed budget breakdown per activity and other expenses including VAT)
· Action Plan and Budget
· CVs of project management team
· CVs of TVET, Digital Soft Skills, and Soft Skills trainers
· List of references
· Full address and contact details of the bidder
· Bank account details of the bidder
· Offer should be stamped and signed by an authorized person
· Certificate of Registration or Incorporation Papers (Arabic originals or scanned Arabic photocopies and English translated copies)
· Optional documentation including brochures, research reports, etc.
Application for the Final Programme Evaluation:
The deadline for submission of applications is May 6, 2021 at 5 PM Jordan time. Submission of technical and financial proposals should be provided in soft copy formats to the email below.
