Our focus is to empower farmers, including the younger generation, to improve their agricultural practices and protect the environment. Daily Responsibilities

  • Supports Program Manager in managing overall program implementation based on Yayasan Inobu’s targets & KPIs;
  • Coordinates & maintains professional working relationships with partnered organizations of Yayasan Inobu in implementing programs, including monitors contracts and/or agreements between organizations;
  • Produces reports of program implementation, as well as insights from the issues & challenges for lesson learned;
  • Supports Program Manager to compile & manage budget, including prepares estimated budget & monitors expenses for program events;
  • Conducts administrative tasks relevant to scope of work, including filling & documentation for materials & project deliverables, as well as TOR, event invitations, meeting notes, working plans & other related tasks;
  • Responsible to arrange & lead meetings, discussions, webinars, sharing sessions, presentations, etc.;
  • Supervises the Program Admin in executing & supporting the overall program implementation;
  • Contributes in general tasks to support the Program Team, as well as supports Program Manager to maintain positive relationships within the team; and
  • Performs other tasks as required.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in the field of social sciences & humanities.
  • 2 years of professional working experiences in leading & managing programs;
  • Demonstrates good program managerial skills, as well as sufficient experience in managing, coordinating & supervising team;
  • Good at working in details, especially in tasks such as budgeting, reporting & presentations;
  • Possesses good communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia & English (written & spoken);
  • Proven ability to maintain good relationships with stakeholders for program implementation;
  • Demonstrates skills & experiences in leading & facilitating, as well as becoming representative of organization in high-level meetings;
  • Good organizational & time management skills, as well as multitasking effectively, both individually & with team;
  • Able to work well under pressure & tight deadlines within dynamic working environment;
  • Excellent computer literacy, especially Ms. Office apps; and
  • Willing to work in flexible schedules, including outside working hours and/or weekends if needed, & travelling to Yayasan Inobu’s work sites across Indonesia.
